4 tsp Casa Ceccatelli Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 red Tropea onion
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp mustard
Preparation:
Cut the meat into thin slices, which you will then subsequently cut into strips and again into very small pieces.
Transfer the diced meat to a large bowl.
Finely chop the capers and onion.
Squeeze the orange juice into a cup then start seasoning the meat by adding the chopped onion, chopped capers, orange juice, mustard, salt, and pepper to taste.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and then the olive oil.
Mix all ingredients together well so that the meat absorbs all the aromas.
Divide into four equal parts. Place each portion in its own individual plate. For presentation, shape each into a small dome.
