Our vineyards in the Montespertoli region face southeast and consist of spurred cordon rows planted at a density of approximately 4500 vines per hectare. This orientation allows the grapes to benefit from the morning sun, enabling them to mature in time for September’s harvest. Following harvesting, the grapes undergo fermentation for a fortnight and are then aged separately in steel for five months. The resulting blend offers a deep ruby hue and emits aromas of ripe cherries and fresh red fruits. This wine is delicate yet full-bodied, with a structured finish that boasts concentrated fruitiness, balanced tannins, and good acidity. It is also easy to drink and can be served chilled. Our wine is 100% organic and pairs perfectly with semi-mature cheeses, cured meats, and red meat dishes. 100% Organic.
