Tuscan-Style Grilled Veal Chops.

Ingredients:
  • 2 Casa Ceccatelli veal chops
  • Casa Ceccatelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Garlic
  • Rosemary
  • Sage
  • Casa Ceccatelli Organic Sale Aromatico
  • Fresh ground black pepper
Preparation:
  • Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with garlic, rosemary, and sage on a platter. Set aside.

  • Season the veal chops with our Organic Sale Aromatico and fresh ground black pepper, and drizzle generously with our Organic Olive Oil.

  • Grill the veal chops over a moderately high heat, turning once, about 6 minutes per side for medium-rare.

  • Transfer the veal chops to the platter you set aside with olive oil and fresh herbs. Turn them to coat both sides. Generously drizzle the veal with olive oil and let stand for 3 minutes, turning the chops a few times. Spoon the juices and olive oil over the chops and serve.
