Thick and rich balsamic vinegar aged in oak and cherry wood barrels for 10 to 18 years. Produced in the birthplace of balsamic, the small town of Modena in the region of Emilia Romagna, using seven types of wood barrels during maturation producing a light acidity and sweetness on the palate. Ideal to drizzle over red meats, cheese and fruits such as strawberries.
