Our organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold extracted for a superior quality using Tuscan grown olives ripened by the sun during the hot summer months before they are hand picked in the Fall. Once picked, the olives are pressed within 24 hours to allow for a low acidity to produce a silky texture with a light peppery yet earthy finish. Drizzle liberally on soups, bruschetta, grilled meats and stews.
