Our organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold extracted for a superior quality using our Tuscan grown olives ripened by the sun during the hot summer months before they are hand picked in the Fall. Once picked, the olives are pressed the same day to allow for a low acidity to produce a silky texture with a light peppery yet earthy finish. Drizzle liberally on soups, bruschetta, grilled meats and stews.
