Our southeast facing vineyards in Chianti capture the morning sun to ripen these native Italian grapes by harvest time in September. Once picked, grapes are fermented for two weeks before being aged separately in steel for five months, then blended, to offer an intense ruby color with the ripe aromas of mature cherries and lingering notes of fresh red fruits on the nose. This delicate fine-bodied wine packs a concentrated jammy finish with balanced tannins and good acidity. Easy to drink, it matches perfectly to semi-aged cheeses and meat dishes. 100% Organic.
