Named after the ancient hills of Tenuta Ceccatelli, Cambolli is an exceptional wine only Tuscany can offer. Grapes are hand-picked and skin macerated for up to 15 days in stainless steel tanks set at 24/26°C before ageing in large French oak barrels for 24 months. Intense ruby red in colour with a powerful bouquet, this complex yet harmonious wine has lingering notes of black fruits, blueberries, and sweet spices with a light chocolate finish. Robust on the palate, its full body is well structured with polished tannins and a soft mineral finish and fruits on the nose. Perfectly paired to Bistecca, wild boar stew, lamb, black truffle or cured meats, such as salami and aged Pecorino Toscano cheese. 100% Organic.
