Thick and rich balsamic vinegar aged in juniper and cherry wood barrels for 18 years. Produced in the birthplace of balsamic, the small town of Modena in the region of Emilia Romagna, using seven types of wood barrels during maturation producing a light acidity, sweetness, and persistency on the palate. Ideal to drizzle over red meats, cheese, salads, fruits such as strawberries chocolate, and gelato.
