Our organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold extracted for a superior quality using our Tuscan grown olives ripened by the sun during the hot summer months before they are hand-picked in the Fall. Once picked, the olives are pressed the same day to allow for a low acidity to produce a silky texture with a light peppery yet earthy finish. Drizzle liberally on soups, bruschetta, grilled meats and stews.
