This classic Tuscan salami is traditional of our region. The pork is infused with salt, garlic, coriander, nutmeg and whole peppercorn then aged for a minimum 45 days. This allows the aromas and flavors of the herbs and spices to marinate. Giving a warm finish on the palate. Ideal as an appetizer with soft to medium cheeses enjoyed with a simple Chianti red wine, also pairs well with fresh figs or pears.
