Organic Bianco Toscano IGT
Our organic Bianco Toscano white wine is a mineral-driven white wine that boasts well-balanced freshness and good acidity, making it a perfect option for an aperitif or for pairing with white meats and fish. The Trebbiano varietal grapes are grown at a density of 4800 vines per hectare on the hills of Montespertoli in Chianti, at an elevation of 250 meters above sea level, using guyot vines. The limestone soil contributes to its light straw yellow hue and mineral finish. After soft pressing, the grapes undergo controlled fermentation at 16/18 degrees, with maturation on the lees for 6 months, all done in steel at the same temperature. A minimum of 3 months of bottle aging creates a light mineral finish. The light straw yellow color gives way to hints of sage, which then evolve into tropical fruits and distinct citrus notes. These notes are equally present on the nose and aftertaste, creating a broad and satisfying flavor profile. Ideal for summer barbecues, this wine is sure to impress with its youthful and refreshing character. It is also 100% organic.
