Organic Rosato Toscano IGT

Our Rosato Toscano wine exudes great elegance and balance. The Sangiovese varietal grapes used to make this wine are grown at an elevation of approximately 300 meters, with a yield of 4500 vines per hectare planted in spurred cordon rows. Following a gentle pressing, the grapes undergo a brief maceration on the skins at cold temperatures to achieve a rose petal color. The wine then undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 16/18 degrees, followed by maceration on the lees at the same temperature. After this, the wine is aged for a minimum of 3 months in the bottle, resulting in a soft pink hue and flavors of white peach and stone fruit, such as spring cherries, on the palate. The wine is dry, with good acidity and structure, and a fragrant finish. It pairs well as an aperitif or with a charcuterie and cheese appetizer, white meats, pork, or seafood. 100% Organic
